Click on the Camper, CIT, or Staff button below and wait to be directed to our new ACTIVE network registration site. Through this new system, you will be able to create a family portal to return to year after year, where you can upload medical documents, pay your balance and much more.

After your registration has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the Medical Packet for you to print and complete. Once completed you will then need to upload the forms to your family portal.

If you are a CIT or Staff registrant, you will also receive your blank Clergy Recommendation Form in your confirmation email. Please print this out and have your pastor complete it and mail it to the address on the form.

An early bird discount of $40 will be applied if you register by April 1.

A family discount is available for St. Vartan Camp’s two-week sessions only: $50 reduction will be applied for each additional child registered from the same family.

If you are in need of financial assistance, please check with your pastor for available parish camperships. A limited number of scholarships are available for those in financial need through the generosity of the Dadourian Foundation and the Barbara Apisson Trust. Please contact the camp office to receive a scholarship application form and for more information.


All campers, CITs, and staff are encouraged to arrange their doctor’s appointments now, so all paperwork can be completed by your physician prior to the deadlines.

The balance of your payment, together with the completed medical form, is due by June 1. Be advised that doctor appointments might need to be made in advance to meet the deadline. NOTE: Campers will not be registered until full payment has been received. Balances must be received by the June 1 deadline in order to reserve a place for your child. Please note: there will be a $250 administrative charge for cancellation after May 1.
